The Smart Gastronomy Lab is one of the first two Walloon Living Labs. A structure dedicated to food in the broadest sense of the term, it focuses its activities around 3 poles: raising awareness of current food trends and healthier and sustainable food through different workshop formats, service to companies and research & development. It is located on the Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech campus.
The creation of the "Solidarity Baskets" recipes is managed by Doctor Gaëtan Richard, Scientific Manager and their production is carried out by the second Chef of the Smart Gastronomy Lab, Grégoire Toussaint.
